Continuing its support towards the empowerment of Information Technology, SLT-MOBITEL, Sri
Lanka’s National Telecommunication Service Provider recently partnered with the Computer
Society of Sri Lanka (CSSL) as the Joint Principal Sponsor for the 38th National Information
Technology Conference which was held in December 2020. The National IT Conference is one
of the most anticipated ICT events in Sri Lanka as well as in the region.
Hosted by the CSSL for the 38 th consecutive year, the National Information Technology
Conference (NITC) was themed “Towards a Sustainable Digital Sri Lanka” with a goal of adding
value to the participants in the areas of 5G, Industry 4.0, AI and IoT, Mobile Money, Digital
Infrastructure and many more. The panel comprised of eminent ICT professionals representing
both the private and public sector along with over 60 foreign and local prominent speakers and
1000 plus ICT professionals participating as delegates.
