The Speedtest Awards, licensed to global Internet Service Providers and mobile carriers, are
determined using an average Speed Score which incorporates a measure of each provider’s download
and upload speed across the country to rank network speed performance. With previous recognitions to
the title as the fastest mobile network in 2017, 2019 as well as in 2020, SLT-MOBITEL Mobile continues
to emerge as the leader in the Mobile Service segment consistently, offering superior mobile

The Ookla Speedtest Awards is a bi-annual award that is the result of thousands of consumer-initiated
