In honor of World Recycling Day, TCCF and World Vision Lanka recognized and rewarded 7 resource collectors by handing over state-of-the-art bailing machines to these resource collectors. These machines play a key role in recycling plastic waste collected, furthering Coca-Cola’s commitment to solid waste management in Sri Lanka. Hon. Ajith Mannapperuma, Member of Parliament from Gampaha District and Chair of the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Environment, Natural Resources & Sustainable Development, graced the ceremony with his presence and expressed his delight and support to help scale up this initiative.
