மேல் மற்றும் சப்ரகமுவ மாகாணங்களிலும் கண்டி, நுவரெலியா, காலி மற்றும் மாத்தறை மாவட்டங்களிலும் பல தடவைகள் மழை பெய்யக் கூடிய சாத்தியம் காணப்படுகின்றது. வடமேல் மாகாணத்தில் சிறிதளவில் மழை பெய்யும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகின்றது.
நாட்டின் ஏனைய பிரதேசங்களில் பிரதானமாக சீரான வானிலை நிலவும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகின்றது.
மத்திய மலைநாட்டின் மேற்கு சரிவுப் பகுதிகளிலும் வடக்கு, வடமத்திய, வடமேல் மற்றும் தென் மாகாணங்களிலும் திருகோணமலை மாவட்டத்திலும் அவ்வப்போது மணித்தியாலத்துக்கு 30-40 கிலோ மீற்றர் வரையான வேகத்தில் ஓரளவு பலத்த காற்று வீசக் கூடும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகின்றது.

Mainly fair weather will prevail over the other areas of the island.
Fairly strong winds of about (30-40) kmph can be expected at times over Western slopes of the central hills and in Northern, North-central, North-western and Southern provinces and in Trincomalee district.
