Police have recovered a female body in an abandoned travelling bag near a garbage dump in Sapugaskanda today.
It has been recovered beside the road to Sapugaskanda oil refinery, police said.
The victim’s whereabouts are yet to be identified.
Sapugaskanda police are investigating.
