Coca-Cola Sri Lanka Wins Big at the SLIM Kantar People’s Awards 2023

Coca-Cola Sri Lanka, a leading beverage brand that has been in the country for over 60 years, has been
awarded the prestigious “Beverage Brand of the Year” and “Youth Choice Beverage Brand of the Year”
awards at the SLIM Kantar People’s Awards 2023, hosted by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM).
Notably, Coca-Sri Lanka had bagged the aforementioned accolades in 2022 as well, marking this year’s
victory a consecutive accomplishment.
Over the past 18 months, the brand has been at the forefront of marketing innovations and initiatives.
This includes refreshing digital experiences that continue to resonate with the Sri Lankan audience.
Coca-Cola Sri Lanka is also proud to have an extensive product presence on leading e-commerce
platforms such as Daraz and Kapruka, and at leading online retail chains like Keels, Cargills, Glomark,
Spar, Laughs, and delivery partners like Uber and PickMe.
In addition, partnerships have been established with leading fast-food chains to create food combos and
have access to purchase it online. Pizza Hut and McDonald’s are a few notable examples. The brand’s
digital presence is one of the strongest, and Coca-Cola Sri Lanka has been continuously leveraging its
digital platforms to engage with consumers.

Since 2007, the SLIM Kantar People’s Awards have been a highly anticipated business awards event in Sri
